Cost-$6/participant plus the cost of supplies.
Option 2: Any party that is scheduled after our hours of operation
Cost-$12/person plus the cost of supplies.

How exactly does a beading party work?
- Beading parties at Beads Indeed are held in our private mezzanine and last around 2 hours. During this time one of our experienced employees will work with you and your friends to help you each design and create a piece of jewelry. It's that simple. We guide you through the process while you enjoy time with your friends. At the end of the party, each participant walks out the door with a finished, professional piece of jewelry that they personally designed.
What is the average cost of a children's party?
- In order to control cost during a children's party we ask that one of the adults responsible come into the shop a few days ahead of time and select the beads that children will select from to create their design at the party. In addition to helping to control cost, this also helps members of the party feel less overwhelmed by the amount of choices in the store. Generally speaking, children's parties range from around $13-$16 per participant (this includes the $6/child). Every now and then we host a party that runs above or below this range, however this is a good general figure. When you come into the shop to select the beads for the party one of our employees will be happy to advise you on how to meet your budget.
What types of groups book parties at Beads Indeed?
-All types! We have hosted; bridal parties, birthday parties (adults and children), ladies nights, mothers groups, youth groups, school groups, company parties, girl scout troops, baby showers, sororities, team building activities and more.
How do I book a party?
- In order to book a party please call the shop at 540-344-9586 to set up a time and date. We will ask for a $30 deposit during the reservation process, however this is credited back towards your bill at the end of the party. These deposits are non-refundable, however they are transferable to a different date and time in the event that you need to reschedule.
What about food, drinks and decorations?
-What's a party without snacks? We welcome food and drinks, however we cannot provide refrigeration or utensils. Wine is permitted during after hours parties. In the party area there are 4 tables, so there is plenty of room for whatever food you might bring or have delivered. Decorations are welcome as well! If you would like to come early to decorate/set up for the party just call ahead of time to make sure that there is no event scheduled in the space before your party.
